Who we are and CCTV on our premises
AJ Servicing incorporated in England and Wales and is a ‘controller’ under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We operate a CCTV system for the purposes of crime prevention, we are registered as having CCTV for this purpose with the ICO (ico.org.uk) and we have warning boards erected around our premises.
You may or may not want to receive updates on the services that we provide, or reminders when work is due to be done on your vehicle, so we will give you the option to opt out.
Whose data do we hold
We may hold data about the following people

By law we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes. All other records are kept in line with UK law or until you request your information is deleted.
AJ Servicing or our service providers may use cloud based electronic systems for processing and storing data.
We shall ensure that all the information that you provide to us is kept secure using appropriate technical and organisational measures. In the event of a personal data breach we have in place procedures to ensure that the effects of such a breach are minimised and shall liaise with the Information Commissioner’s office (ICO) and with you as appropriate.
